- Rules change by region. Requirements for premises and authorisation are set regionally, and procedures go through the municipality.
- Everything is in Italian. Laws, forms, contracts and communications from the authorities are in Italian, and deadlines are strict.
- Many parties are involved. Your accountant (commercialista), the payroll consultant, the safety officer (RSPP), the radiation protection expert and the Ordine each cover one part. We keep the full picture in one place.

Questions
Do you speak English?
Yes. You can write to us in English and we will reply in English. Official documents and filings remain in Italian, and we explain them to you.
Can you get my foreign degree recognised?
Recognition is decided by the Italian Ministry of Health, and registration with the provincial Ordine follows. We explain the process and help you plan around it, but the application is yours. Working before registration is not allowed.
Do you replace my accountant or lawyer?
No. We work alongside them. Tax filings, payroll and legal advice remain with the qualified professionals, and we coordinate the management and organisational side.
Where do you work?
We are based in Florence and work across Italy, both on site and remotely.
